 FAUX CUSTARD ECLAIRS 

Assalammualaikum 


Selamat malam kepada semua readers...N3 malam nie adalah salah satu menu pencuci mulut yang berasal dari Perancis.

 Asz memang terpikat bila pertama kali melihat menu nie. Dapat pula haziq dan tisya lagi la xcited sungguh nak makan. Tapi lain kali asz nak buat pula perisa coklat, mesti lagi xcited deme.....hehe

Sebenarnya kalau eclairs nie kena buat pastrinya,tapi malas nak menguli asz cuma gunakan biskut "ladyfingers", biskut nie juga asz gunakan untuk buat tiramisu.

Rasanya memang ada sedikit kelainan, tambah2 lagi bila makan selepas disejukkan.








FAUX CUSTARD ECLAIRS

Makes 4 Éclairs.

INGREDIENTS
  • 250g Sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbs corn flour
  • 2 eggs yolks
  • 200g cold butter
  • 2 tbs custard flour
  • 8 ladyfingers (Savoyard cookies)

Method
  • In z saucepan, heat sugar and water until mixture thickens to form syrup.
  • Combine cornstrach, custard flour with egg yolks in a bowl.
  • Slowly pour in syrup and mix well.
  • Transfer back to saucepan.
  • Allow mixture to thicken over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Add butter and stir until mixture is thick.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Transfer to a pastry bag with a small tip.On 4 ladyfingers, pipe batter onto one side.
  • Put a few slices of strawberry on top.
  • Top with remaining ladyfingers.
  • Refrigerate before serving.











FAUX CUSTARD ECLAIRS

 4 keping Éclairs.

Bahan-Bahannya
  • Gula 250g
  • 250 ml air
  • 1 sudu makan tepung jagung
  • 2 biji kuning telur
  • 200g mentega sejuk
  • 2 sudu makan tepung kastard
  • 8 kuih berbentuk jari (cookies Savoyard)

Cara-Cara Penyediaanya:
  • Dalam periuk , masukkan gula dan air masak sehingga pekat seperti sirap.
  • Campurkan tepung jagung, tepung kastard dengan kuning telur di dalam mangkuk.
  • Perlahan-lahan tuangkan ke dalam sirap tadi dan gaul rata.
  • Biarkan campuran memekat di atas api kecil dan kacau sentiasa.
  • Ketepikan, sejukkan selama 10 minit.
  • Tambah mentega dan kacau sehingga campuran menjadi pekat.
  • Biarkan sejuk sepenuhnya.
  • Masukkan adunan ke dalam piping bag, dan paipkan ke atas 4 keping biskut.
  • Letakkan hirisan strawberi di atasnya.
  • Letakan kepingan biskut di atasnya.
  • Sejukan dahulu sebelum di hidang.
